Cosmic Purple carrot has smooth purple coloured skin with coreless orange flesh. 58 days to maturity. Popular root vegetable. Sow direct in garden. Thin out at 5cm high. Keep moist in fertile well drained, sunny position. Use fresh in salads, soups, juices or cooked.

Sow all year except in hot weather.
