Caperbush is a perennial shrub growing to 1 metre high with thick fleshy leaves. Attractive large white flowers with mauve stamens. Immature flower buds are harvested then preserved having a distinctive taste and a highly prized delicacy.

Hardy and drought tolerant for a hot sunny position.
