Hardy perennial growing to 3m tall & 2m wide. Purple Elderberry is used similar to normal elderberry producing white/mauve flowers for tea or ripe dark berries in cooking or wine. The plant is highly ornamental with a contrasting white/mauve flower against its purple foliage.
Flowers are highly ornamental attracting native bees to the garden.
Available all year. Sold in 100mm tube pot.
