Lemongrass is a very hardy perennial to 1 metre, clump forming, with long thin lemon flavoured leaves. Useful garden mulch and high in Vitamins A and C. Stems are commonly used in stir-fries, curry, fish and rice dishes. Leaves and stems make excellent hot and cold drinks. Mild relief for headaches, colds and anxiety.
