Popular variety, perennial to 40cm. Broad green leaves with lemon a mild lemon flavour. Leaves add a tangy freshness to salads and soups, or lightly steamed. Available all year. Cut back regularly to promote new growth. Young leaves are the most flavorful and tender part of the plant. Fertilise routinely throughout the growing season to keep new leaves coming.
