Snowpea shoots are a commonly used garnish or added to salads. They are sweet and tender when eaten young. Soak for 12hrs then sow in organic potting mix. Take up to 15 days until ready for eating.
Suitable in pasture mixes for better diversity during the cooler growing months. Excellent for grazing to ruminants and poultry.
Approx 7 seeds per gram.
Pasture sowing rate of 5-13kg per acre as a mixture.
