    Live Plants

    We send  plants in good condition. It is your responsibility to care for plants correctly once you have received them. Upon receiving your products you are not satisfied; please contact us immediately or within 14 days.

    • Plant orders can be cancelled and refunded prior to your order being packed. Once it is packed in a box we will not cancel an order due to change of mind.

    - When plant order cancellations or change of mind prior to packing the order are accepted a refund of the order total less transaction fees will be issued via the payment method used. e.g PayPal, Credit Card & Direct Deposit.  

    • Change of mind is not accepted for returning live plants. 
    •  Replacement or refund are the only options we offer when plants die or are damaged in transit. Please satisfy below requirements for replacements or refunds of live plants. 

    - We require photo evidence to be emailed showing plant damage on arrival at your location. 

    - We will not provide refunds or replacements for plants that have died due to poor care after they have been unpackaged. 

    - All refund or replacement requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the plants. 

    - Where standard post is selected for orders going to states including Northern Territory, North Queensland, country Victoria and South Australia Greenpatch will not replace or refund plants due to long transit time. Express post must be selected for these locations by the customer at the time of checkout as per prompts on the website. 

    Seeds

    • Cancellations or change of mind prior to packing your order are accepted and a refund of the order total less transaction fees will be issued via the payment method used. e.g PayPal, Credit Card & Direct Deposit.
    • Product returns are not accepted due to change of mind.
    • If you are unsatisfied with seed germination rates please contact us by email. We will conduct a seed germination test with any complaints of non-germination and a replacement will be arranged if similar results are found. 
    • Once the order has been packed ready for shipment we will not provide a refund if you change your mind and no longer want the products ordered.

    Garden Products, Charts, Netting, Tools

    • Can be exchanged to the equal value at buyers postage expense providing the packaging is unopened and undamaged.
    • Can be returned for a refund providing the product is unopened and undamaged. 
    • Refund are to the total order value less transactions fees.

    • Greenpatch Organic Seeds and it's owners take no responsibility of any loss or damages claimed to be caused by our seeds, plants or products in any commercial or personal setting. Seeds and plants are produced with the best quality possible but many environmental conditions affect how they may perform in your environmental conditions.

    Out of Stock Items

    • Items that are out of stock will either be refunded or placed on back order and sent at a later date. This is left to the discretion of Greenpatch staff members which option best suits the situation.

    Incorrect Address

    • Where an order has been sent to an address incorrectly supplied by the customer, Greenpatch takes no responsibility for the loss or damage of those products.
