23/1/2025 Garlic Update

The 2024 harvest is complete and varieties are curing in our drying shed. We will only have Giant Russian and Southern Glen this season due to a wet finish to the season that affected the harvest of some varieties. We are also in the process of building up our planting stock and selecting towards better traits for our climate. In time we we should have more varieties to choose from.
