Congo Watermelon is a large elongated watermelon with very sweet red flesh up to 60cm long. It has a high sugar content making it one of the sweetest heirloom watermelons available. 15-20kg fruits are possible in the right conditions. Transports and keeps well.
Sow Spring-Summer. Prefers full sun. Grows as a trailing vine.
