Garlic - Giant Russian

(Allium sativum) - Organically Grown - Australian Grown

Giant Russian has very large bulbs and cloves. Flavour is milder then other Garlic and tends to suit stews or roasts allowing all the flavour to be extracted. Height 90cm, vigorous grower. Plant cloves in autumn and harvest in summer. Stores for a much longer period then other garlic varieties. Australian grown organic garlic.

Available from January - June.

Giant Russian Garlic is normally sold as singular cloves or in bulbs with roots still attached.

150g is approximately 1 bulb and contains around 3-5 cloves/plants.
