Italian Parsely, Sweet Basil and Dill are the three most commonly used herbs which are popular in salads and cooking. You can plant this mix direct in the garden or planter boxes.
Italian Parsley - Grows to 40cm high with large flat green leaves used fresh in salads and cooking.
Sweet Basil- Grows to 50cm high with spicey aromatic leaves and a distinctive sweet peppery flavour. Seeds can also be harvested and used fresh or dried.
Dill - Annual to 30cm with feathery green leaves used in salads and cooking. Excellent for seasoning fish.
