Tetragonolobus purpureus -- Untreated Seed
Interesting annual legume producing winged pods that have a flavour crossed between peas and asparagus. It is best eaten cooked either by blanching or saute with a generous amount of butter. It will grow well in average moist soil with full sun conditions. Grows as a bush and can be used to smother other plants in ideal conditions.
