Atomic Red Carrot is high in lycopene, red roots to 25cm long. Adds much colour to dishes. Holds colour when cooked. Popular root vegetable. Sow direct in garden. Thin out at 5cm high. Keep moist in fertile well drained, sunny position. Use fresh in salads, soups, juices or cooked.
Sow all year except in hot weather.
