Chinese Keys ginger is also known as finger root or krachai. Used commonly in Indonesian, Thai and Chinese cooking.
A clumping plant forming up long roots in the soil that resemble fingers which are used fresh or cooked. A range of dishes from salads, soups, curries etc.
Loves a warm climate in full sun to part shade, well drained moist soil is ideal.
Grows well in either pots or garden position.
During Winter and Spring they are supplied as a bare rooted rhizome dormant. Rhizomes generally shoot from November onwards.
