A soft neck, sub-tropical variety suitable for temperate & sub-tropical climates. A very early maturing variety producing medium to large bulbs with medium sized cloves. Excellent flavour with some heat when eaten raw. Bulbs & cloves have an attractive purple sheath. Australian grown Garlic.
Available December - April.
Sold as garlic bulbs.
50g is approximately 1 medium sized bulb which has approx. 12 cloves/plants.
