Gramma Trombone Pumpkin is a annual vine easily grown in good well drained soil. Gramma is commonly used in making a sweet dessert pie that is delicious. It's versatility also allows it to be used in soups, savory pies and baking. Popular old variety with fruit getting to 60cm long. Moist deep orange flesh with good flavour.
This variety has a longer 'neck' compared to the standard Gramma Pumpkin we sell. We have been working on the purity of this line since 2021. Whilst we have gotten it close to its original traits you may come across variations due to genetic throw backs. These will present as squat shaped fruit or slightly pear shaped.
