Ruby Lou is an excellent all round variety that was bred in Victoria. White flesh and pink skin with it being ideal for baking, frying & steaming. Potatoes are extremely easy to grow and a great way to supplement your other organically grown produce.
Hardy annual to 50cm high. Grow in cool to warm weather, avoid frost and hot summer weather.
Available all year. Sold as whole potatoes that may/may not be shooting.
In 1kg you get between 10 small potatoes to 5 large potatoes. Cut larger potatoes in half.
