Spinach Santana is a very popular baby spinach, produces smooth, dark green oval leaves & stems. Perfect for eating fresh or cooked, a rich source of vitamins & minerals. A quick grower, slow to bolt, can harvest at baby leaf stage or leave till mature. Plant in fertile, well drained soil, sunny position. SOW ALL YEAR except during hot weather, direct in garden. Cover seed with 6mm of soil. Space seedlings 6cm apart.
