Perpetual Gator Spinach has large oval, smooth green leaf. Produces a soft leaf that is excellent when used cooked or small amounts fresh. Young leaves can be harvested which are better suited for salads etc. Handles warm conditions better then other varieties.
Best sown during Autumn-Spring.
