A old heirloom squash variety used regularly in cooking from stir fry's, stuffed & baked or to make pickles. The squash is a round scalloped shape with notched edges. They have firm flesh with a sweet flavour similar to that of Zucchini.
Best grown during spring to summer in a full sun position.
