Watercress Upland is also known as Upland Cress or Land Cress. Perennial ground cover to 30cm with bright yellow flowers. Leaves and flowers used in salads and soups, high in vitamins and minerals. Doesn't need to be grown in water just normal fertile garden soil.
Upland Watercress is an excellent companion plant to help prevent white cabbage butterfly and can easily scattered throughout your garden. It is excellent for salads or as a garnish to add a peppery flavour to your dish.
