Syrian Oregano is a hardy shrubby perennial plant to 80cm high. Highly aromatic leaves and flowers are commonly used dried in a variety of cooking dishes. Easy to harvest with long stems making it easy to dry. Syrian Oregano is one of the essentials herbs used in the making of zaatar which is used mainly in Middle Eastern cuisine.
